New Honda City Subcompact Sedan based on Jazz / Fit

Honda’s automobile production and sales subsidiary in Thailand has taken the wraps off its new economy sedan that’s based on the Fit/Jazz underpinnings. The new City is equipped with a 120 HP 1.5-liter i-VTEC engine that can be combined with a 5-speed manual or automatic gearbox. Sales of the third-generation City have already begaun in Thailand and will expand to other existing markets in Asia. While we don’t expect to see the City in Europe or North America, Honda said that it envisions further expansion of sales in emerging markets. -Continued
